The staff were very caring and supportive and very kind.
Caring staff and nice facilities.
I received bereavement counselling from Ros. She was an excellent macth or me. A mixture of listening skills and practical suggestions to help me manage my devastating loss.
All staff very kind and caring and willing to listen to patient and family members.
Caring and supportive phone calls. Guidance and informative information regarding applications for PIP and blue badge - both are unavailable now. Exceptional 'joined up' communications with oncology and other services.
Very friendly service.
Felt St. Peter's were not wiling to commit any care. Using the exclusion of 'covid' and a lack of staff - Either you are or you are not providing care (after 18 moths this is no longer a valid exclude).
The staff were very caring and the food was lovely.
Mum has only been in for 2 days so a bit too early to form a view on overall treatment.
Phone calls were the only contact, { } this was ok in the circumstances and all were helpful - my main contact was with the same person (in all { } I call). and that was important.
