All of us as a family were very satisfied with your service and could not have coped without you. You were amazing, compassionate, understanding and created her with the greatest respect. Thank you so much.

We did sent the staff a present and we do not know whether the staff room received it or not because we have not received a thank you letter. It was an espresso machine for the staff room. Would be nice to know whether you received it. We are not looking for any particular gratitude for our present but it is nice to maintain a good relationship with the people we so respected for the care they provided and a recognition of the present would complete the package.
