The support I had from Rozcaluitt was perfect. I really would not have got through the raw initial period after the very bad loss of my mum, without her she really helped me to understand my emotions and helped me process the emotional complexity of the new situations we are all in without mum physically here. Roz is a great listener, very insightful and wise and always had a perfectly times suggestion/observation that helped me see more clearly. I always felt so much better after our conversations.
