It was good to have regular contact once a week with the same person to discuss whatever was on my mind. It meant that we could attach a bond with each other. For me it felt safe and the content was between the 2 of us and confidential. The only improvement would have been if face to face meetings could have continued and not virtual - covid 19!! Only had 2 face to face sessions :(. Loved the connection with her.
