For the outstanding way in which you are treated. I have finally found inner peace. And all thanks to each and ever member of staff. We my time is up. I have begged the hospice to take me back in for my final days.

Open up the others rooms, so others can experience the way they look after you. Nothing to much trouble you are looked after as an individual.
