Well being programme. I enjoyed the programme, a chance to meet and talk to new friends and different surroundings. The programme offered different aspects of well being. I especially liked the connective with nature, the beauty surroundings us the sounds and smells and the tranquility it provides. I find just thinking about it, is so relaxing. I would like to thank the staff who were so helpful and friendly. Hope to see you again.
