If I could give ‘excellent’ as a rating, I would! Every member of staff, particularly the nursing team (and Harry in particular I have, without expression been empathetic and have provided outstanding care. They have made a traumatic and difficult time significantly more bearable.

The only points for improvement are very minor A nurse commuted on the lack of ‘community feeling’ since covid-19, and I would agree with that assessment. I would also say that, occasionally, my { } was waiting a little too long for her Medicare, but { } nobody’s fault!
