The carers were always friendly, courteous and so caring. They were so respectful to my dad (the patent) and his care and dignity were delivered with such empathy and experience. They were also so patient with my mother!!!
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything. The carers, all of them, were wonderful and I have so much admiration for what they do.
