Staff very kind, caring and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble in keeping mum comfortable. I cannot raise the staff highly enough for their care and patience.

The information give to me by the hospital before discharge seemed very different to the assessment made at SPH. When mum actual. The medications she was on seemed to be changed on admission and I was a little worried that there was no continuity following discharge. It may have been helpful to discuss with a doctor.
