Cara was excellent- having the opportunity to talk about losing mum was really helpful, I felt she understood and cared about me. She helped me to make constructive changes to how I was thinking and helped me come up with things I could do to remember mum before she was unwell. Cara was always accommodating with appointment times and was very reliable. I hope Cara understands how much difference she has made to me!
