The phone time was invaluable especially at an early stage I terminal delcine. We could not see a doctor or nurses but you were there on the phone, calm (but not gushing sorrowfully) and full of advice.

Suggested improvements
I would have liked clear explanation of what the hospice could and could not do. Also of the CHC fast track our carers (private company) were most helpful with CHC.
