Communication was difficult for me. I made several mistakes turning up at the wrong time/date. I am neurodivergent and this coupled with the effect on my memory the care of bereavement hed to these mistakes.

Cant if I were able to check a calendar or receive sms {} these could have been avoided or involved one day I took a 2 hours round trip when impacted me on several ways. Confidence mental {}
