Hugh, was a gentle kind man, who tackled a very delicate and emotional subject I can’t think of anyone who could have done it better. He clearly explained choices and explained any thing that was confusing with care and empathy. His medical knowledge was superb.. his friendly manner.. made us feel safe and supported .. he is obviously made for the job! Pleasure to me him… Thank you so much Hugh!
