Some staff are very professional and care, but there are a few staff members who appear to think this is a prison and speak to you with no respect/dignity. This needs to be changed.

Most of the staff are great, however there are a few members of staff who have attitude issues towards patients, they speak and treat patients like prisoners not hospitalised patients.
Suggested improvements
The activities on offer are very child-like and not 7 days a week. It would be beneficial if this changed.
