The staff have listened to me as a person throughout and have cared for me in the most respectful way possible. Nothing is too small or big. I've felt very safe here and incredibly grateful to the staff. Constantly going the extra mile.

Staff are kind and compassionate. Various activities are good. Catering and cleaning staff are very good.
Suggested improvements
Less noise at night (keys and door banging). Activity workers coming every day as often as this doesn't happen.
