Linda is very caring and understands my limitations. I am really not very active and mobile like I used to be, so my home is suffering because of it. Linda can see this, but is not judgmental in any way which puts me at my ease, I am very lucky to have her.

Everything done for me during my morning spent in the day center for a cataract OP was excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble for the patient and caring staff.
I couldn't fault "anything".

Everything - everybody who was involved in my care was extremely professional, helpful and caring - a very friendly environment.
The ward is spotlessly clean.
My whole experience was excellent - I felt safe and cared for.

Everyone cares.
Timing sometimes goes strangely wrong.
I did not appreciate being presented with my evening meal - mashed potatoes in a tomato sauce - steaming in front of me and ready to eat - only to be asked to wait a few moments to have the daily small injection in my stomach.
I did demand on this occasion but the injection went ahead and the meal cooled a little exceedingly.
