I was treated with respect and made to feel at ease. I couldn't fault any aspect of my experience whilst visiting the endoscopy ward.
I needed to sip some water while waiting as I had a tickly cough - available water would have been good.

Great care, everything was explained before hand and although I was described as "anxious" I was put at ease during the procedure.

The nursing staff are always terrific as are reception. Appointment time keeping by doctors is some time not as good as it could been.
