Dr. Gordon is a great Dr. and listens to you and does not treat you like a number! Unlike some areas of this hospital.
He explains things in a way you can understand.
The only way you could improve is to give out free tea and chocolate!!

I was expected. I was received by polite and helpful staff. I was processed quickly. A very positive experience, which couldn't have been improved even if I was 'piped' in! Very satisfied.
