I have been extremely surprised at the attention to detail concerning my long term problems. Also the compassion, understanding and evaluation of what can be done to help. In the past having been told nothing could be done at least now all avenues are being surprised at the level of care - saying "I was being given a thorough mot".

All aspects of my care was very good ie caring medical staff from doctors to junior colleagues (nurses) all the nursing staff showed compassion and kindness whilst carrying out some very stressful difficult tasks I found the clerical staff during my visit to be very professional. Thank you.
