Sense of humour showed.
All staff introduced themselves.
Courteous and polite.
Ward doors could be closed at night to minimize noise from corridors.

I cannot fault anyone I have come into contact with. The level of care has been excellent. The atmosphere on the ward has been very relaxed. I have met some wonderful caring people on every level which is just what is needed when you are vulnerable.
