All the care provided, in all areas, was excellent, 10**********!
Staff pat you at ease, talk through worries that you may have, it is not too much trouble.
They all seem to have a sense of honour, which goes a long way to settling you in!

The physiotherapist Caroline was amazing and tried her hardest even when nan was unresponsive to treatment. The majority of nurses/nurses aids were great but there were a couple who were quite rude and unhelpful. Sometimes I felt we had to push to get any answers/feedback about our nan's care but on the whole we felt her care was pretty standard.
