I have had a hip replacement. I was supposed to be in 5 days and ended up over 3 weeks.
My care in this time from every member of staff, doctors, nurses and house helps has been very caring, and compassionate when I have been very low, and managed to pick me up.
I couldn't have been more looked after and wouldn't have wanted to be in another ward.
Very clean, very tidy.
Well done Alvelstone and my heartfelt thanks.

The staff are all lovely and caring they work very hard and are a credit to the hospital.
I have been in this unit before some time ago.As now being transferred its as lovely now as it was.
Nothing to do with this ward but why move poorly patients late into night.And why do bed management not check notes of patients they wish to move before they do so.
