My care was excellent, cheerful, happy and helpful staff. They never seemed to mind about how often they were called to help with something or other. Lovely people.
My stay here was as enjoyable as it could be considering the reason I was here in the first place. Thank you to all.

I found it noisy a lot of the time overnight with staff talking loudly at reception and crashing of crockery.
Noise from patients accepted!!

The amount of staff to the amount of patients, is very good. Always working to improve on the well being, even though at times very stressful to see, some way maybe to help keep an eye on there own belonging although I know its very difficult as names are not always on the garments.

Awaiting a blood test.
Notified of staff shortage.
Came last Friday, 48 people in front. Was advised to come back Monday.
Arrived at 7.35 am to be told again of shortage of staff. Been waiting hours.
Disgusting!
