Location clean, comfortable, service efficient and staff warm welcoming and kind. Is my second visit to the pre-assessment unit and very pleasant experience. On trying to locate where I was going I was helped by other hospital staff.

Reception - very helpful and reassuring.
Staff nurse - listened to what I had to say.
Very efficient.
Further abrupt with the bad news i.e no surgery yet - high blood pressure but told me what to do for immediate care, so was helpful.
