16 Feb' 18 (Pain clinic).
The doc. Kamel? And the nurse helping him - were friendly, polite and very helpful.
They actually listened to what I wanted.
They respected my need to be involved in my care.
The nurse especially was very knowledgeable and happy to explain all aspects of my treatment with me.
