Welcomed in with a smile. Transferred immediately to a cubicle by ambulance. Staff(Paula and Claire?) who were so kind and considerate(as was Joseph the paramedic who first saw me at Gunard). Nurse and doctor soon arrived to deal with me-both so kind and comforting. After my leg had been beautifully stitched up, I was cleaned up by a lovely caring nurse. Appointment made straight away for follow up. Test planned for by reception - felt so well looked after . Staff were excellent, caring, considerate everyone of them who helped me into theatre until I left. Many thanks to everyone concerned. Nothing needed improving at all.
