Apart from the three hour wait, there was only one concern about my treatment, which relates to the triage nurse. Without even looking at the area causing my problem (which led to 111 recommending that I visit the Beacon Centre), she asked why I hadn't gone to my practice (which was closed) and that it was inappropriate for me to attend A & E! Both Reception and Dr Thompson were helpful and professional.
