Everyone at the reception desk were happy and very kind and efficient. Unfortunately huge amount of casualties (walking wounded etc. fear some wait at 90 degrees fahrenheit, summer Sunday afternoon. The wait killed any interest about your other questions and you certainly would not want to min a whole day unless you have to.
