Reception very good. 1st nurse seen -fine. Doctor seemed totally disinterested - bored even. Didn't listen and didn't seem to care. My blocked ear is causing deafness, discomfort and how my eye is getting sticky and my nose blocked. Doctor more keen to know which pharmacist had advised me to come to the Beacon clinic so she could have a ward with them and not in a good way!!
