Friendly staff and doctor (at Lardlaw). Made me feel very welcome and calm. Unfortunately in the recent past I did see one doctor who was very abrupt and rude with me, and when saw me come back the next week he rolled his eyes when he saw me. I came in because I genuinely needed help. Attitudes like this do not help us.
