This wonderful clinic surpasses the GP for its care and compassion. The staff are so professional and efficient. They show true consideration for their patients.

Suggested improvements
Standard letter templates from 'in-person appointments' haven't been fully changed to read well in view of use of online appointments. Appointments concerning family members and guardians were not clearly demarcated and I had family members arrange work & shifts around an appointment they we not required to be available for.

I am sorry if you feel this was unhelpful. Due to the fact the time runs 24/7 on a shift pattern it is sometimes difficult to send the same staff on visits. We do try and manage this where possible in the interest of continuity.

Continuity is important but not always achievable. However, staff should always read your notes and will have had a handover from your usual clinician. If the lack of continuity is causing you a problem, please mention it to the staff. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
