Without further details I cannot comment specifically on your case, however I am sorry that you feel your wanted too long for your first appointment.

Excellent guidance on excersises, treated with kindness , answered questions if I was unsure , gave information booklet which helped on gadgets and equipment for the home . Also gave me a tool to help with on going problem .

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that waiting times for results can at times be delayed due to high demand at the laboratories we use for this service. We are having regular meetings with them to flag any concerns in terms of performance and we are about to trial a new results machine in house to see if we can improve on this further.
