Review of Children's Physiotherapy Service

My son was looked after extremely well. He has extra needs and the staff recognised this and helped him so that they could do what they needed.
I was supported throughout and it wasn't rushed. Everything was clear. I would highly recommend.

I feel I was listened to by the staff and not dismissed nor was I medicated without my consent which made me feel more confident in working with the team to develop a treatment plan for the future.

[name removed] - physically helped. Great man restricted my faith in men. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] - Great woman! [name removed]!! All involved [name removed] - amazing woman [name removed] in my care - [name removed]. Thank you!

I like to air my views listened to most of the time.

Throughout my in patient stay I have been included in my treatment by the psychiatrist and staff members. I have been able to express my concerns and not felt that it was left in addressed.

On the whole I found the day staff very helpful, friendly and caring. However at night the staff were not nice and seemed related to help.

Mostly care was good.

Confidentially and boundaries could be better but realise this is difficult within a busy ward and patient have different needs.
