Cold and warm drinks are available , I am sorry you were not offered when you visited.
It would of been very good if the hub understood my personal history.
We do ask about preference for visits and consider the needs of individuals in this respect. I am very sorry if this visit cause you discomfort and that your preference for female visit was missed.

Discharged wrongly.
I am sorry to hear that you were discharged wrongly. I will endeavour to ensure that in future we meet your needs and the needs of other services users to ensure a smooth discharged has been agreed by the multidisciplinary team, family, carers and most importantly co-produced by the service user. We will ensure that we listen to your views and concerns in the future. As the ward matron, I will monitor this process closely to improve our service.
