Fantastic service, can't fault the support and help I received to get me back to where I was. Credit to these staff members, saved my life along with the support of my family.
Suggested improvements
Initial call for help via telephone seemed to require me trying to take my own life and going to A & E before home help.

I am relieved that we were able to support you. I am however concerned that you had to resort to drastic measures to get that support. We are currently reviewing how people access crisis mental health services.
