You have left me hanging for nearly 2 months after meeting your medical director regarding the ADHD team. I involved my MP [name removed] and you still have not responded to me since 23rd December.

Mrs [name removed] is very nice and understands how my son feeling. She talked to him patiently, trying to understand his feelings and thoughts. It make him feel good and comfortable. Also, she could make timely decisions and changes after she knew the problems of my son.

I feel so much better now and I can sleep!
Relaxation with [name removed] has helped me to understand that I can be in control of me. The breathing exercise is magic.

Because I can calm myself down whenever I get anxious. I like the breathing exercise. I appreciate being seen at home as I cannot hear well.
