Whilst being admitted on the ward I was made to feel at ease by the staff of which helped me to settle in. the ward is a very easy, take it at your pace kind of thing of which helped in my recovery and enabled me to move forward my recovery to the best of my ability.

With [name removed], there's never judgement and she makes a massive - effort in giving me time when needed and absolutely does her best and is direct and straight with me.
Suggested improvements
[name removed] is very good with all, this is not just her but I think in general all staff need to be more aware of low numbers patient ration especially who disruptive staff.

Staff ratio was wobbly on occassions but very much better than long ago experiences.
Suggested improvements
Be more aware of patients safety minor few staff on bank not great at this and also dealing more robustly with disrupted patient especially when assault stuff going on.
