The carers were helpful cheerful and competent. The coffee and sandwiches left a lot to be desired!

Re confidence even though I've need up lots of staff I watched a friend with Parkinson and Dementia decline.
I not really sure what to expect or how I will cope so even with a course like this. I can never be that much more confident that I'll be able to cope with what the future has in store.
But I'm sure this will be some help.
