Excellent personal care and attention. Shows real compassion.
Improvement: out of hours entrance to ward- often wait for 10 minutes until access is granted. Not sure if anyone hears the bell.
Think the staff are caring people. Feels staff cannot always give the care they would like to because staff are so busy.
I like cooking with staff members.
Careers are very helpful.
Nice to have single room.
Could have liked to see my assessment shorter, as it was a long walk to find a toilet having a bladder problem.
Missed a waste bin in room.
Seperate the disruptive from the quiet patients when needed.
I found the care I have receved at the Kingfisher ward second to none.
It is a very warm and friendly environment the staff are allways supportive! They made us breakfast and let us all help out which helped my rehabilitation. I could not say that there is anything to improve.
:-)
The health care of the nurses and staff and could improve on the medications Im on please don't work.
Every thing good.
The service there is great and all the staff are extremly helpfull and went out there way to get me what I wanted, from the shop and other's etc.
Very compassionate and non-judgemental staff are professional but caring.
Each person played a part in my health, lost hope, and doesn't have a strong network. It's like a family more than anything. I wouldn't of wanted a different care plan. Staff are receptive even though they have a lot to handle, always make sure everything is on track.
