Involved in care plan process throughout.
Some protocols were not always appropriate. (i.e needing a hot drink to settle during hours of the kitchen being shut).

My care coordinator was brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and always kept me informed of anything l needed as well as being very supportive. I dont know if l would have got through everything without the nstep team and especially Jane Bridon and Dr Scanlon. The crisis team service believe could be improved especially the fact there was a different person each time, continuity would have been better.

The nursing staff were always there for you to guide and care foe one self, the ward itself was a better environment to recover from. The therapies were helpful, when I was able to comprehend some of them. The food and cleanliness of the ward was good. Thanks to all. Merry Christmas.

My friend received good care in a friendly clean environment.
Her care plan was explained fully but she was quite forgetful and confused during her stay, it would be helpful to have a short written summary of the care plan for the patients to refer to if they forget.
