Anything I asked for was given to me straight away.
The service given to me was excellent.

Overall car has been very good.

Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.

A very good service. we have been receiving support for our son almost four years now and the care provided is at a constantly high standard. The staff are very skilled, safe and trustworthy.
Can't think of any improvements that are needed, all is good and everyone involved is very happy. The manager is excellent and if ever there is a problem she addresses it immediately always with a good outcome.

Everything works so well we have total peace of mind. The staff are fantastic, our son always looks forward to going out with staff, his behaviours have improved dramatically. We are very happy as we know he is safe while having fun. This is a much needed break for parents. We have recommended the service to others and personally feel there is nothing more that could be done to improve.
