The entire staff treated me as a human being not a number.
Cransley Hospice is a shineing example to cleaners and staff devotation.

Did not know for a while but, it gradually improved when I knew I was here and alive.
I have listened to nurses and Drs. too. And found my room very pleasant and new to me, once again as I started in no.14 and now no.17.
