I can relax myself properly now. My sleep has got better as well.
I am feeling less anxious and more motivated to do things to help me.
Learning relaxation has helped with my anxiety. I can get back to sleep quicker now and use the breathing exercise in the day to calm me down.

The staff were amazing and I improved well.
