[name removed] was lovely she had time for me listened to all my worries about my hand sorted out best exercises for me, which really worked, she is an asset to your service so grateful.

As I suffer from Anxiety and panic attacks my experience today was totally easing, [name removed] explained everything in great detail and due to recognising more than one problem she made sure I understand what was going on and showed me pictures as well of the areas.

All staff I came into contact with could not have been more caring pleasant and helpful

My 1st appointment was in February 2022 I broke my wrist in September 2021
No attempt to manipulate the wrist was carried out - I paid privately for physio treatment to enable me to use my wrist as soon as practically possible

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Without further details I cannot comment specifically on your case. Our referrals are triaged within 24 hours of receipt and then booked according to clinical priority and referral source. I am sorry if this did not happen in your case.

This team is fantastic, so understanding and friendly. I loved the social eyes program, it made me feel less alone in the world and gave me excellent information about how to socialise with neurotypical people.
