Supporting my family has been an absolute nightmare - the course of action recommended by the CMHT is not honoured by the GP surgery.
Timely information ... well, it took 16 months to see someone in person and, now on a "short list" am still waiting for my next step some 8 months later.
Your working backlog has also impacted the score on safety.

I sincerely apologise for the delays you have experienced. We have now filled a lot of the vacant positions which is having a positive effect on waiting times for services.
