I am genuinely so grateful for the help I have received under ARMS, the progress I've made since I started sessions has been life changing. I feel valued and listened to and I can make direct links between the skills I've been taught and help I've received from my therapist and support worker, and the improvements to my mental health and quality of life since I started sessions with them. I felt completely hopeless prior to being referred to ARMS and while I'm still struggling with my mental health, I'm able to recognise that things are so much better thanks to them.

I have no complaints :)
