I was able to speak without fear of argument. To be listened to.

Suggested improvements
The number if different staff what was disconcerting. Trying to find 'crisis team' was briefly a problem. I did not associate urgent care and assessment team with it { } an doorbell with the letter).

We try to offer consistency in staff attendance but it is challenging due to being a seven day a week service and staff rotating shifts. I am sorry you found the visits annoying due to staff changes. We will also give better directions.
