Staff are calm and reassuring but delays with meds is an issue. I have found things around communication frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback, whilst we make every effort to get medications out on time, with 16 ladies even if the nurses start on time or before if can take a long time to get round to everyone. If you have a specific routine and like your medications within a certain timeframe I appreciate how frustrating this can be. In future I would suggest planning this with you key worker and include a time within your care plan and then the nurses can schedule you in when planning the medications rounds.
