All I have had is appointments after appointments with no plan. No way forward. My views or opinions do not count. They say they will call but if they do (I Don’t know) they must be calling from a with held number, exactly the same as my stalker. So I can’t tell the calls apart, so ignore the calls. Once a dr left a message but no means for me to call back. Once a dr text telling me he was free for the next hour and to contact him via that message, but I was driving on the M1 back from Watford, by the time I saw the message the time slot the dr gave was well past. He never contacted me again. The staff know I am being stalked, it’s my issue. So, what do I do…do I answer all with held calls and put myself at risk of my stalker or do I ignore them and get no help? I have told the CMHT that my GP refuses to increase the medication prescribed by the CMH doctor. I have told the team 3 times but still my medication has not be changed. No one explained why. This is not person centred care. In the past two years all that has happened is appointments to ask me what is wrong. No help, no diagnosis, nothing. I am left totally a lone to deal with ups and downs. My husband said he can’t cope with it any more. So although I have asked for help, I get no help and now on top of everything else my marriage is falling apart because of my mental health. Not exactly person centred. I get a lot of ‘round robin’ text messages from CMHT, why? Nothing that is relevant to me. That is rubbing salt in the wound keep texting me. Stop texting and help me. I’ve not had a positive experience with CMHT. Staff are not rude, but my case never goes further than the same appointments again and again. Staff say they will discuss my case and talk to other staff, but I never know the outcome to these conversations. Again, that’s not person centred. CMHT just lets you done.

Suggested improvements
You could have helped me. Staff are not rude and seem to want to help, in appointments they give you hope. But, nothing ever comes from it and you are let down.
