Overall, the outpatient services have been okay. To start, there was not a lot of communication between myself and a psychiatrist as they seem to keep leaving. I am currently waiting for correspondence between doctors and have been waiting for over 8 months now for this but nothing can be done because there is no psyciatrist at the moment. My current worker is really great and keeps me up to date with my care and is understanding and helpful.
Suggested improvements
- Better communication between psychiatrist and key workers
- Medication reviews should be a priority
